NEW MOTION GRAPHIC INTRO
[10.14.2011]
I got to work on this concept for our upcoming DNOW this year, focused on community groups. The icon is taken from GracewayMedia.com, in one of their media packs for community, but all of the slicing, dicing, and motion graphic goodness is from yours truly. I want to start doing a lot more of these more often. Let me know what you think on twitter.
SOME LIVE FLAME CONCERT VIDEO
[10.14.2011]
I was told that in order to understand how cool the lighting was for the Flame concert last week, I really needed to upload a video of it in action. So here you go!
WEBSITE LAUNCH
[10.8.2011]
After a lot of planning, coding, editing, and watching movies, AEnglandDesign.com is here. Please take a look around and promote it on twitter, facebook, and google+.
FLAME CONCERT
[10.5.2011]
Grammy Nominated, Christian Rapper Flame came to Capshaw today for the first part of Capshaw's "October Concert Series". I started setting up the stage and hanging lights with the help of Michael Reese early today and was able to program the cues and pull it off starting at 6:30pm. Flame and his wife both agreed that it was the best light setup they had seen at any of their shows, so that was a pretty awesome thing to hear.
HATTON "CRUSADE"
[10.1.2011]
Capshaw has partnered with The Bridge Church in Hatton, AL in an effort to get people in their community plugged in to their church. I got the opportunity to set up the staging and light design for the crusade and also run lights Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. I got the chance to learn on the Road Hog light board that we rented from TLS Inc. It was a lot to learn in such a short ammount of time, but it was fun and the events turned out great.
SHARING IS NICE.
